We currently offer shipping to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and specific fees will be dynamically displayed at checkout based on your provided delivery address.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once processed, your order will be dispatched and prepared for international shipment.

  • Estimated Delivery: Within 15 days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Our shipping rates are structured as follows:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $120.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $20 (or approximately €20 depending on your local currency) applies to orders below $120.

  • Final fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Sequins Shop operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for international orders:

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear in the system.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

  • Sequins Shop is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error, additional reshipping fees may apply.
