1. Final Sale – No Returns, No Exchanges
All items are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

Personal preference / no longer want the item

Minor packaging dents or marks that do not affect normal use
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Although all items are final sale, Sequins Shop will assist you only in the following situations:

The item is defective and cannot be used as intended

You received the wrong item or a missing item

Clear photos or videos showing the issue and the original packaging
We will review your request within 48 hours after receiving complete information. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Note on Refunds: Refunds are only issued if required by applicable law or when a replacement is not possible. If approved, it will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.
3. Shipping & Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please:

Check with household members, building management, or neighbors.

Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Sequins Shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, but we will assist by providing relevant shipping information for your claim.
4. Order Information Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and order information are correct at checkout. Sequins Shop is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
